Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire students to develop strong literacy skills and a passion for English
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure strong outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ability to teach English across KS3 and KS4
- Passion for education and student progress
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
