Salary: £17,637 – £17,874 per annum (FTE £24,796 – £25,128)
Hours: 30 hours per week (8:30am – 3:00pm) – Part-time considered
Contract: Permanent, 40 weeks per year


About the Role

Brightstone Education Partners is supporting a thriving and forward-thinking secondary school in Basingstoke to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their inclusive Learning Support Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people aged 11–16 and making a genuine difference to their education and wellbeing.

You will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing support within the classroom and in small intervention groups, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Experience working with SEN is beneficial but not essential – full support and training will be provided.
